Terms of Service

Last updated June 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of Professor Proxies' website, dashboard, proxy infrastructure, and related services (the 'Services'). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

2. Plans, Billing & Refunds

Plans are billed as described at checkout — either as a one-time, pay-as-you-go charge or a recurring monthly subscription. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard.

Bandwidth, proxy lists, and rotating residential allocations are provisioned on a best-effort basis once payment is confirmed. Because proxy access is provisioned immediately and is non-returnable, all sales are final except where required by law or at our discretion for service outages attributable to us.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend access without refund for activity that violates that policy, abuses upstream networks, or exposes us to legal or carrier risk.

4. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for core infrastructure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Residential and rotating IPs are sourced from third-party networks and individual IP availability, speed, and geolocation may vary or change without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Professor Proxies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Contact
