Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Services to: send unsolicited bulk messages (spam); access accounts, systems, or data without authorization; commit fraud, including ad fraud, payment fraud, or account takeover; distribute malware, ransomware, or perform DDoS attacks; or scrape or interact with services in violation of their terms in a way that creates legal liability for Professor Proxies.

Any use of the Services related to the creation, distribution, or access of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities, including NCMEC, without exception.

Excessive concurrent connections, request rates, or patterns that degrade the residential/rotating network for other customers may be rate-limited or restricted at our discretion to preserve network quality.

If you believe traffic from our network has affected your service, contact support@professorproxies.com with relevant logs (timestamps, IPs, and request details) and we will investigate promptly.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without notice, for activity that violates this policy, exposes us to legal risk, or is reported by an upstream network or law enforcement. Repeated or severe violations are not eligible for refunds.
