Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash) when you sign up, or your Discord profile if you sign in with Discord.

Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers — Stripe shares with us only the order amount, status, and a reference ID.

Usage data: bandwidth consumption, proxy assignments, and API key activity, used to enforce plan limits and display your dashboard.

Support communications: messages you send via our contact form or Discord, including your name, email, and message content.

To provide and bill for the Services, provision proxy access, send order confirmations and invoices, and respond to support requests.

To monitor for abuse, fraud, and violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

To send service-related emails (order receipts, account notices). We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to operate the Services: Stripe (payments), our proxy network upstream providers (IP allocation and traffic), Resend (transactional email delivery), and standard cloud hosting/database providers. Each handles data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Account and order records are retained for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account by contacting support@professorproxies.com.

You can access, update, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@professorproxies.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
